Welcome to Dempster Diaries! I'm Courtney, married to Corey (aka Demo), and we're raising our two kids, Mason and Havana, on the sunny Queensland, Australia.

Dempster Diaries started during my maternity leave in 2020 as a little creative outlet, sharing cute baby fashion and snippets of everyday family life. Somewhere along the way, it grew into a place where we share our family adventures, travels and everything we learn along the way.

​

After a family trip to Japan in 2023, where I documented just about every detail 😂, I discovered how much I loved sharing our travels and helping other families plan their own. The things we loved, where we stayed, what things actually cost, what worked with kids and, most importantly, the things we wish we'd known beforehand.

These days you'll find a mix of family travel guides, honest accommodation reviews, itineraries, theme parks, weekend adventures and plenty of real life thrown in too.

We're definitely not professional travellers. We're just a regular Aussie family who loves making memories, exploring new places and sharing the good stuff along the way.
